The cards are dealt into seven columns of 1, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 cards. The top five cards of each column are face up (the first column has a single card). There is no stock pile.
In the columns, a card can be placed on a card one rank higher of the opposite color (red on black, black on red).
Any face-up card can be moved together with all the cards on top of it, whatever order those cards are in.
Only a King (with any cards on top of it) can be moved into an empty column. A face-down card turns face up when it becomes the top card.
Build the four foundations up by suit from Ace to King. Move all 52 cards to the foundations to win. You can also move a card back from a foundation to a column.
Turning face-down cards face up comes first. Working on the right-hand columns, which hold the most face-down cards, opens up more moves.
Move Aces and Twos to the foundations as soon as you see them.
An empty column is a valuable spot for a King. Choose the King that has the most cards you can build on it.
Moving cards from the middle of a column is what makes Yukon Solitaire different. When a card you need is buried, look for a column where you can move it together with the cards above it.
